Cloud HRMS Pakistan: What It Actually Costs in 2026

Ask ten Pakistani SME owners what HR software costs and you will get ten different answers, mostly guesses. Vendors rarely publish real pricing, which pushes buyers into demo calls just to find out if a tool is even in their budget. Here is what the actual numbers look like.

Typical pricing ranges for 2026

Cloud HRMS platforms built for Pakistani SMEs generally price by employee count and module count, not a flat company fee. For a company under 50 employees needing core HR (attendance, leave, EOBI and PESSI, self service, approvals), expect a starting range around PKR 10,000 to 15,000 per month. Add modules like performance management, advanced reporting, or a social media manager and the range moves to PKR 20,000 to 25,000 for companies up to 150 employees. Enterprise tiers with dedicated onboarding and custom workflows are typically quoted directly rather than published.

What actually changes the price

Three things move the number: employee count, number of modules, and whether you pay monthly or annual. Annual billing commonly comes with a 20 percent discount across the market, which matters more than it sounds for a company budgeting a full year of operations rather than month to month.

The cost of not automating

The harder number to see is what manual HR costs today. A company running five to six separate tools, a payroll spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group for leave requests, a separate attendance machine, and a social media calendar in someone's notes, is paying for each of those tools separately and paying again in admin hours spent moving data between them by hand. Pakistani companies running this setup commonly spend three times more per month across scattered tools than a single connected platform would cost, before counting the hours lost to manual re-entry.

What to actually ask a vendor

Skip "how much does it cost" as your first question. Ask instead: does the price include EOBI and PESSI automation, or is that an add-on. Does it include a self service portal so employees stop emailing HR for leave balances. Is onboarding support included or billed separately. Those answers tell you more about real cost than a headline number ever will.

Workflow Engine's starter plan runs PKR 12,000 a month for up to 50 employees with the full HRMS module included, EOBI and PESSI calculation, self service, and approval workflows built in, not priced separately.
