Bitsbuffer founded
Sumair Rasool starts Bitsbuffer in Lahore with one belief: Pakistani businesses deserve software built for how they actually work.
The real problem surfaces
After building custom tools for clients, the team sees the same pattern. Every company runs HR on WhatsApp, Excel, and scattered apps. The idea for Workflow Engine begins.
Workflow Engine ships
First version launches: HRMS, EOBI and PESSI automation, attendance. First 10 companies onboarded. Feedback shapes the roadmap.
Platform expands
Social Media Manager, approval workflows, and performance management added. Workflow Engine becomes a full operational platform, not just an HRMS.
Enterprise and beyond
API, custom integrations, Finance module in active development. Goal: become the default operational backbone for Pakistani SMEs.
